Kane Smith

Kane started his football career when he was 6 years old in Narromine and continued from there. He has played strongly in the positions of front row, second row and lock, He is very versatile on the field. Some would consider Kane as the fastest man over 5 metres in the club!

He has had a strong work history of working in the community. He has recently held positions in community services such as child protection and TAFE. Prior to this he worked in the civil construction.

Kane joined the club in 2020. He woke up one morning and was seeking a change of pace and Orange United was waiting there for him. Kane thinks the club makes him feel like he is back part of a family and community. For any new potential club registrations Kane says – “get amongst it!”. He thinks that the club has a positive future with good people on Board!
