Jake Young has been a dedicated part of Orange United Sports Club for eight years. An Orange- based youth worker, growing up as one of nine siblings, and now with 2 daughters, he has shown his ongoing dedication to the Orange community since day 1.

Having always played football and basketball, his passion for the club runs deep. Constructing a real community and support network stands as his motivation for staying involved with the club, as well as some of the amazing people he has met along the way. Jake loves that the community all ‘chip in’ and give things a go.

Jake hopes that the club makes a real impact on the people it helps and hopes to see its members grow in the future but leaves them the advice to “never forget where you come from”.
